I’ve carefully curated pieces of music by Indie artists – each piece chosen to evoke and support the quality of each guided dance.
For instance, one quality is Determination. The music sets the ambiance, and I guide you in finding the kinds of movement that call that feeling of determination forth in your body. By the time the music ends, your body knows determination as a felt experience – available to you in whatever direction your life is going.

How it works:
You’ll receive all 21 guided dances at once.
Begin with a short welcome video, where I introduce the program and how to get the most from it.
Each video begins with a brief introduction of the theme and key teaching points followed by a guided dance journey.
I recommend taking a few moments afterward to journal what you experienced, so that you build and expand your sense of self-expression.
Move through the dances in order as a 21-day journey, or let your intuition guide which dance you reach for on any given day
Close with a brief reflection video at the end, marking the completion of your journey.
A note about these videos: I created this series in 2016 for entrepreneurs and people growing their work in the world. You’ll hear me reference business and speaking in some videos.

Hey! I’m Linda Ugelow!
I’m a movement facilitator and speaking confidence coach. I’ve spent over fifty years exploring the body-mind connection – as a performer with the women’s world music ensemble Libana, a developer of Authentic Movement practices, a Conscious Dance facilatator, and as the author of Delight in the Limelight.
I created this series in 2016 while preparing a talk at a Positive Psychology conference. I was thinking about Martin Seligman’s research on character strengths – qualities that, when cultivated, support a flourishing life. And I wondered: what if we could call these qualities forth not just through thinking about them, but by dancing them into our bodies?
This series is my answer. 21 short guided dances, each one for a different quality. From play to courage, forgiveness to celebration. Each one – a way to invoke a strength you might want more of in your life.
