Repattern your habits by swapping out the old ways of holding tension, using your voice and expressing yourself with new ways that are aligned with how you want to feel, be seen, and heard.
Whether you’ve never spoken up before or you’re a seasoned keynoter who manages your anxiety before every appearance, if you sense that you are meant to play on a bigger stage, by the end of this book you will have what you need to put yourself in the spotlight with delight.
You’ll see more possibilities for yourself than you could imagine before that will change your experience of the limelight, yourself, and your business for the better.
