I’m Linda Ugelow, (pronounced YOU-guh-low)
a speaking confidence coach, author of Delight In The Limelight, and creator of the Inner Freedom Framework. I work with entrepreneurs, business professionals, authors, and executives to help them overcome their fear of speaking and step into their authentic self-expression on stage and on camera.
As someone who struggled with anxiety around speaking for years, I understand firsthand how daunting it can be to step into the limelight. That’s why I don’t believe in managing the fear of speaking, but rather in uncovering and healing the root causes of the fear so it no longer stands in your way.
Using the Inner Freedom Framework, I help my clients reveal and heal the root causes of their fear, restore a sense of safety inside and around them, and repattern their habits so they can embody the confidence, ease, and dynamics of the compelling speaker they want to be.
With 40 years of experience as a performer in a women’s world music group and a master’s degree in expressive therapies/movement studies, I bring a unique and holistic perspective to my coaching. FAQs
How long does the coaching program last?
We meet 3 times each month and continue for as long as you are getting results.
Typically, you will feel a significant diminishment in your dread anxiety after 3 or 4 months. Some people, completely overcome their fear of speaking by that time.
For others, some symptoms of anxiety may persist to a much lesser and more manageable degree and see it continue to lessen over time.
Rest assured that when you embark on this journey, you will see continued improvement and confidence in your speaking.
After 3-4 months many clients elect to continue with ongoing monthly support for further expansion into their vocal and executive presence. We will evaluate that option as we near the 3-month mark.
What is the price of private coaching and what does it include?
For $1,950 per month, and $1,450 for continuing months my private coaching package includes three-hour-long sessions and check-ins between sessions to share updates.
As part of a larger learning community, you will also have the option to participate in the Comfy on Camera 7-week program to find your ease & natural personality on camera. You also receive access to the Speaker Green Room to get warmed up physically, mentally, and emotionally so you feel grounded, focused, and energized when you speak.
Plus complimentary participation in currently running masterclasses or programs that are designed to complement the coaching process and provide you with additional opportunities to expand your speaking confidence.
What is your coaching approach and methodology?
I believe that the fear of speaking is not a random emotion without a cause. As such it’s not something to just be managed, ignored, or white-knuckled through.
Rather, we honor the fear as a messenger that’s pointing to past experiences, messages, and beliefs that are asking to be resolved.
As such, we will spend time together investigating your experiences and relationships in your family, at school, in your community, and at work.
We will apply various modalities to help you heal, resolve, and let go of what we uncover.
We’ll look at how your inner dialog can better support you so that you are creating a safe, encouraging inner environment that leads to comfort and ease when you speak.
We’ll also address your physical and energetic presence, your vocal production, and your delivery as well as how to prepare yourself to feel grounded, centered, relaxed, focused, and at ease.

How do I know if coaching is right for me and if it will help me overcome my fear of speaking?
I have helped hundreds of people become more comfortable in their own skin, and I believe that I can help you too.
Even if you’ve had this issue for a long time and have tried other systems without success, I am confident that with an open mind and a desire to change, you can achieve the results you are looking for or at least move clearly in that direction.

What if I am not satisfied with the coaching program?
You have the flexibility to terminate our coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice.
If you choose to do so, any remaining unused sessions that have already been paid for will be refunded to you.
