The
Show Up & Shine
MASTERMIND
A commitment to grow your visibility for a year, on your terms
I know what it’s like to care deeply about your work but struggle to stay visible.
You have meaningful things to say. You want to serve and connect. And you understand that showing up regularly makes all the difference in how people experience your presence.
But even with all that awareness, consistency can still feel slippery.
Life gets full. Doubt creeps in. You go quiet, not because you lack ideas, but because you’ve lost your rhythm.
It becomes easier to postpone sharing than to step forward with your voice.
That’s why I created
The
Show Up & Shine
MASTERMIND
It’s a simple, steady rhythm of weekly check-ins – designed to keep you connected to your visibility goals all year long.
✦ ✧ ✦
There are no calls to join, no group to keep up with, and no performance pressure. Just a weekly moment of reflection, encouragement, and forward motion.
This isn’t about chasing an algorithm.
It’s about staying in the conversation, gently and consistently, in a way that feels true to you.
What changes when you do this for a year?
✦ When you show up weekly—no matter how imperfectly—you start to trust yourself again.
✦ You stop ghosting your audience and your own ideas.
✦ You begin to see your own patterns, witness your progress, and shift how you respond to resistance.
✦ You build a body of work. A visible presence. A record of motion.
✦ You hear from people who have been quietly watching, now ready to work with you.
You don’t get there by overhauling everything or working yourself to the bone.
You get there by showing up.
Thoughtfully. Repeatedly. Week after week.
Who I am & why I’m offering this
I’m Linda Ugelow, a speaking confidence coach, author of Delight in the Limelight, and former performer who helps people express themselves with ease.
What most people don’t know is that consistency doesn’t come naturally to me. I’ve had to build it with care. I’ve had to create structure that supports my expression instead of stifling it.
That’s what this mastermind offers: a way to stay in relationship with your visibility, even when life pulls you in ten directions at once.
This is the rhythm I use to stay on track. Now I’m sharing it with you.
What it is
The
Show Up & Shine
Mastermind
is a year-long email-based accountability practice.
✦ ✧ ✦
Every Friday, I send you a check-in email with three questions. You can reply and share your reflections with me, or keep them for yourself.
Either way, you’re not doing it alone.
There’s no group. No Zoom calls. No performance.
Just a weekly email anchor to keep you in motion.
What it helps you build
✦ Greater comfort being visible, even when it feels vulnerable
✦ A stronger connection to your voice and message
✦ A growing body of content and outreach
✦ Self-trust through weekly follow-through
✦ Traction that doesn’t rely on motivation alone
This is especially powerful if you often fall off the radar or go quiet for weeks (or months) at a time.
The weekly check-ins help you stay present, even when energy is low or circumstances shift.
Who this is for
This is for business owners, authors, creatives, and professionals who are building their presence through content, outreach, and thought leadership. If you want to stay top of mind without adding stress, this is for you.
You’ll find it helpful if:
✦ You disappear from your audience unintentionally
✦ You have a lot to say, but struggle to share it consistently
✦ You want gentle accountability without another group to manage
✦ You thrive with rhythm but don’t want pressure or performance
✦ You’re committed to your voice, your message, and your impact
Whether you’re writing newsletters, posting on social, pitching podcasts, or reaching out for speaking gigs – this will help you stay consistent.
How it works
Every Friday, you’ll receive your Weekly Shine Check-In.
Each email includes a short insight or spark to help you reflect, followed by the same three questions:
✦ What did you do this week to show up?
(Think: content shared, emails sent, conversations had, videos posted, big or small.)
✦ What will you do next week to keep the momentum?
(Pick one to three small but meaningful actions you can commit to.)
✦ Anything else you want to say out loud?
(Wins, challenges, patterns, intentions, or anything else you want to have witnessed.)
You then reply and share your answers with me.
I read every message and respond each week with a personal note.
But even if you don’t reply, the rhythm itself will keep you moving.
What you get
✦ A repeatable rhythm of reflection and recommitment
✦ Personal feedback if you choose to reply
✦ No group, no meetings, no pressure—just presence
✦ A consistent anchor for your visibility practice
What it costs
The investment is $1997 for twelve months of check-ins and encouragement.
Join before the end of 2025 and get the founding member price of $1200!
You can also choose a payment plan if that’s easier.
You’ll receive your welcome email right away.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you actually read and respond to the emails I send?
Are the weekly emails just three questions?
Can I get live coaching or in-depth support from you in this program?
This mastermind is here for when you want someone in your corner. Quietly. Consistently. Without adding more to your schedule.
Does this really work?
Still have questions?
Will I get a reply every single week? Do you never take time off?
And yes, you’re allowed to take a vacation too. This isn’t a perfect-attendance policy. It’s a steady relationship with your visibility. You won’t be penalized for missing a week.
What happens when I join?
Can I cancel?
You can stop receiving emails anytime by emailing linda@lindaugelow.com. But there are no refunds.
Neither is the payment plan a subscription, but rather a commitment to show up for yourself and your visibility for a full year.
My commitment is that I show up for you too.
Is this for me if I haven't yet even started?
This is not a problem and if you are eager to build your visibility, don’t use it as an excuse. You start from where you are.
Which may be doing some research, learning skills or setting up systems or strategy.
The point is, that you don’t completely abandon your visibility this year, but with small or big steps, and my support move it inexorably forward.
What if I can't maintain being consistent?
This can happen, and has happened to me MANY a time.
So I can attest that you will survive and get back on.
I can also predict that the time you get back on will be faster than if you were on your own device.
I will help you melt your resistance, and find the next small step so that you maximize your pride and satisfaction and sense of fun.
Not excluding helping you find the best excuses so you minimize any shame.
More praise from students & clients
“Before this program, I was the kind of person you wouldn’t see online, not because I didn’t have something to say but because I didn’t dare to say it.
Since finishing the course, my relationship with the camera has completely changed. I’m calm and collected. I’m aware and present. I’m actually excited to share everything I have to say. I’ve been creating videos for my new Instagram page AND one I actually sang on.”
