How much time will the class involve?
Expect to spend up to 10-20 minutes/day listening to the video, doing the exercises in the workbook. It may seem like a lot, but the time you spend now on a better-feeling experience is forever for yours to keep!
What kind of equipment do I need?
If you have a phone and/or computer with a camera, you’ll be all set for the class.
I’m anxious and afraid of getting on camera. Will this help me get over my fear?
For some people, the fear of getting on camera has to do with not liking how you look and sound, and being hamstrung by self-criticism. If this is you, then yes, this program is designed for exactly this.
