Watch Yourself on Video Without Cringing
You were never meant to be your own worst critic. Make peace with what you see so you can share what you create.
Have you felt victimized by the lens?
Yeah, me too!
You want to make videos to share your message…
But the moment you hit record, the self-criticism kicks in.
Your voice sounds weird.
Your smile feels fake.
You hate how your neck looks.
And that thing you do with your eyebrows– yikes!
You make 25 takes.
And delete them all!
Or you block off time on your calendar each week to make videos.
But somehow it never happens.
(which means the people who could really benefit from your work, won’t.)
You’re not being vain.
You’re not overreacting.
You’re just caught in the grip of the inner critic.
And that grip doesn’t loosen on its own.
“I pretty much detested seeing myself on camera. Now I am exploring ways to spread my message with video as well as speaking that I would not even have considered that before.”
That’s why I created
Watch Yourself on Video Without Cringing
Watch Yourself on Video Without Cringing
Video isn’t just something you make.
It’s a mirror.
When you watch yourself back, you’re not just seeing your face or hearing your voice.
You’re experiencing your relationship to yourself –
♥︎ the way you talk to yourself
♥︎ the impossible standards you hold
♥︎ the voice that was never kind.
This program helps you transform that relationship.
Most programs skip the wound and go straight to tactics.
Lighting. Scripts. Hooks. Algorithms.
But you can record a video. You just can’t bear to watch it. Or share it.
That’s because you can’t silence the inner critic by ignoring it.
♥︎
This program works at a different level.
Instead of teaching you how to make better videos –
I help you stop hating yourself when you watch them.
In this program, you will:
Give your inner critic a voice (cause it clearly wants to be heard)
Learn to see what’s strong, powerful, and likeable.
Transform your inner critic into a creative ally
Enjoy your on-camera presence – really!
Finally feel good about the videos you create!
“I joined because I had a panic attack trying to make a reel and felt like I couldn’t do video anymore.
In the program, I recognized that the voice in my head wasn’t mine – it was my mothers! And now it’s gone. That’s huge! What a gift to see myself now with kinder eyes.
This wasn’t just about video, it was about self-acceptance, nervous system regulation, and healing old wounds. So powerful.”
The Transformational Journey:
A 3-Phase Process
Phase 1: Awareness
- Day 1 – Meet the voice that’s been running the show
- Day 2 – What the critic actually needs from you
- Day 3 – The appreciation exercise that changes everything
Phase 2: Reframing
- Day 4 – The surprising relief of sorting
- Day 5 – What happens when you stop fighting
- Day 6 – The moment the voice shifts
- Day 7 – A very different video
Phase 3: Integration
- Day 8 – Through someone else’s eyes
- Day 9 – When the ally shows up to stay
- Day 10 – Looking back on the distance traveled
“Before, I would overthink everything—what to say, how to say it, how I looked. I would record and delete, record and delete. Now, I’ve started posting without over-editing. That’s a big deal for me
“This has helped me to see my own beauty. I’m having fun doing videos now! I am much more natural, free and engaged. I’m much more ME.”
Most coaches tell you
to ignore the inner critic.
I Say: Let’s Heal It.
I’ve spent years studying what actually helps people feel different on camera.
Not just “fake it till you make it,” but real inner shifts.
It’s not about being tougher.
It’s about meeting yourself with love, compassion, and creative curiosity.
“Growing up, I learned to put everyone else first and not take up space. Today, that old habit showed up – trying to finish my video quickly so no one would be waiting on me. Now that I see it, I’m done with that.”
“I’m leaving here with an expanded sense of self acceptance. Instead of the critical inner voice that isn’t echoed anywhere else in my world, only within the space within my ears, I’m opening to see myself with the loving eyes that my friends would see me with.“
When you release your self-judgment, you:
♥︎ Free your energy for clarity, creativity, and connection
♥︎ Show up more confidently in your business and brand
♥︎ Achieve more of your goals
♥︎ Actually enjoy the process of making videos
(no more dread!)

I combine my background in expressive arts therapy, voicework, movement, and decades of performance, and study in personal transformation to help you delight in all your limelight moments.
FAQ
How much time will the class involve?
Each program is approximately 90 minutes total—broken into short, guided sessions you can do at your own pace.
I’ll walk you through journaling exercises, creative visualization, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), movement, and more—all designed to heal the habit of self-criticism and transform how you see yourself.
This isn’t information you consume and forget. It’s a shift you get to keep.
I’m anxious and afraid of getting on camera. Will this help me get over my fear?
If you hate the way you look or sound and feel stuck in self-criticism, this bundle will change your relationship with being seen.
If your anxiety comes primarily from past speaking experiences that still haunt you, Throw Off Your Speaking Remorse can help you release those and start fresh.
However, if your fear feels deep, paralyzing, or shows up in many areas of your life—you may need more support. Reach out and let’s talk. You might be better served by my Delight in the Limelight Accelerator or 1:1 coaching. Message me in the corner below.
Is this just for video, or does it help with speaking in general?
Both.
Watch Yourself on Video Without Cringing transforms your inner critic during playback—when you’re watching yourself back and the harsh voice kicks in.
Throw Off Your Speaking Remorse transforms that same voice after you’ve spoken—the vulnerability hangover, the “why did I say that?” spiral.
Together, they address the inner critic wherever it shows up in your speaking life.
What if my inner critic is really loud? Will this still work?
Yes – and actually, the louder the critic, the more this process can help.
Most approaches tell you to ignore the inner critic or push through. That doesn’t work when the voice is relentless.
This program gives the critic a voice on purpose – so you can finally hear what it’s been saying, and then transform it into something kinder. When you can hear it, you can heal it.
What if I'm not sure this is right for me?
If you cringe when you watch yourself on video, delete more takes than you post, or carry regret from past speaking moments—this bundle was made for you.
If you’re unsure, reach out. I’m happy to help you figure out if this is the right fit.
“A weight has been lifted. I’m not perfect—and I don’t need to be.”
You don’t have to
cringe OR criticize.
You get to show up.
As you are.
And be enough.
